The CFOne Card connects cadets with the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. With a CFOne Card, cadets gain access to:

Cadets with a CFOne Card can access CANEX online to purchase:

Kids Help Phone is a confidential, 24/7 support service available to all youth in Canada.

The Chaplain Services of the Canadian Armed Forces provides confidential, non-judgmental, multi-faith spiritual and emotional support.

Someone to talk to in confidence
Chaplains serve youth with compassion and respect, regardless of background or belief.
The SMSRC provides confidential support to anyone affected by sexual misconduct within or connected to the Canadian Armed Forces community, including cadets.
